Travel Fee Policy
Our travel fees are flat rates that cover roundtrip transportation, early arrival for setup, and bartender labor.
No hidden fees — everything is clear, upfront, and professional.

• 0–25 miles (under 30 mins):
No travel fee
• 26–50 miles (30–59 mins):
$450 flat fee
• 51–75 miles (1–1.5 hrs):
$600 flat fee
• 76–100+ miles (1.5–2+ hrs):
$850+ (custom quote)

All distances and times are calculated using Google Maps from Wichita, KS.
Custom pricing may apply for rural destinations or high-traffic event weekends.

PACKAGE OPTIONS
CASH BAR
​We provide bartending service and a full mobile bar setup. Guests purchase their own drinks with cash/card.
- $300 minimum in drink sales is required. (If sales do not reach $300, the host is responsible for covering the difference)
- Balance is due at the end of the event.
HOST BAR
The host covers all consumed beverages for their guests.

- All beverages are tracked through our Square app system, and you will receive a copy of the full transaction history.

SPLIT BAR (HOST + CASH BAR)
The host sets a budget to cover drinks for their guests. Once the budget is reached, the bar switches to a cash/card system for guests to purchase their own drinks.
-$300 minimum in drink sales is required. If sales do not reach $300, the host is responsible for covering the difference.
-All beverages are tracked through our Square app system, and you will receive a copy of the full transaction history.
-Balance is due at the end of the event.
BARTENDER FOR HIRE
We provide professional bartenders and service utensils only. The host supplies all beverages, ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, napkins, and straws etc.
SETUP & TEARDOWN (INCLUDED IN COST)
- 1 hour setup + 1 hour teardown are included with every package.
- Teardown includes full bar cleanup and disposal of all used beverage items on the premises.
BOOKING POLICY
- For online booking a full non-refundable payment is required to secure your date and services.
- For invoices a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and services.
- Remaining balances are due at the end of your event.
